This is a program to keep you fit and for many Medicare supplemental programs, it costs you nothing because they want to keep you fit, and healthy.  Lots of tips, including exercises to keep you stretched, help you move around better.  Also free YMCA and some fitness classes if you qualify under your Medicare supplemental program.   Lots of people belong.   Check it out.  Sample email you get free.

Most states provide websites to help their elderly residents. To find the one in your state, Google your state's name and add "Department of Aging", like "Illinois Department of Aging."
